dates smoothie recipe or banana smoothie recipe
Method :
put banana and dates in to a blender. For a thicker smoothie, we use banana with dates. Add the milk. if you want more sweet add some honey or sugar. Top it off with ice (optional). Blend the ingredients well until everything is smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass now serve and enjoy.
