Its just a bottle of Vit D. Not much to say about it. The softgels are small, and easy to take, at a great price. I would purchase from NOW brands again.
I dont have a lot of money, so low cost, is something I am always looking for. I cant say it has changed my life, but my vitamin D levels are now up. I have heard vitamin D3 is better than the prescription vitamin D2.
