1. Turmeric Tropical SmoothiešŸ
The immune boosting ingredients of the base are: turmeric, pineapple and raw honey (loaded with anti-inflammatory properties)

What You’ll Need (I used all frozen fruit):
– pineapple
– orange juice
– turmeric
– vanilla protein powder ( I use Complete by Juice Plus)
– vanilla almondmilk

2. Green Machine 🄬
The immune boosting ingredients of the base are: spinach, pumpkin seeds and kiwi (loaded with Vitamin C)

What You’ll Need:
– spinach
– pumpkin seeds
– kiwi
– bananas
– vanilla protein powder
– vanilla almondmilk

3. Triple Berry BlastšŸ‡
In this recipe, the immune boosting ingredients of the base include: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries & raw honey (loaded with antioxidants)

What You’ll Need:
– strawberries
– raspberries
– blueberries
– raw honey
– chocolate protein powder ( again I use Complete by Juice Plus)
– vanilla almondmilk

One of my favorite things to do is to Meal Prep Smoothies to make preparation on a daily basis easier. Try freezing ingredients in baggies individually to speed up prep by simply adding your liquid of choice!

Optional Add-In’s/Toppers: Chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut flakes, nut butter, spirulina, or even wheatgrass!
