There are two things that get brought up almost every time I mention I follow a plant-based diet. Where do you get your protein? And Are you deficient in B12? Well in this video I’m going to give you my honest option on Vitamin B12. Is it really something we need to supplement with? Do people who eat animal products need to supplement too? And if so, how much do we all need?
Before I get into the details on B-12, I was fortunate enough to partner with Bricker Labs for this video who supplied me with their B12 Blast to test for a month.
