Stay strong this winter with our Citrus Immune Boosting Smoothie! !

Part 1
– 1 cup frozen mango chunks
– Juice of 1 lemon
– 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
– 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
– 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
– 2 tsp fresh grated ginger

Part 2
– 1 small beetroot, chopped
– 1 cup frozen raspberries
– 1 grapefruit peeled
– 1/2 cup pomegranate juice

Blend Part 1 & divide into your glasses.
Blend Part 2 and pour over Part 1 mixture. Swirl with a spoon and top with seeds & berries if desired.
