1️⃣Shoulder Rotations
Roll your arms in a backward motion 5-8 times
2️⃣Shoulder Rolls
Roll only your shoulders back and front 5 times

WORKOUT:
1️⃣Steering Wheels
12 reps x 4 sets
2️⃣Around the Worlds
12 reps x 3 sets
3️⃣Seated Shoulder Press
12 reps x 4 sets
4️⃣Lateral Raises
12 reps x 4 sets
5️⃣Rear Delt Flys
12 reps x 3 sets
