This product was recommended by my doctor years ago, when my cholesterol was slightly elevated. I started taking 2x per day and have continued to use it.
In about 6 weeks, it lowered my cholesterol and on my next appointment, about a year later, this product had not only lowered my LDL cholesterol, it had increased my HDL levels to the point of being “heart protective.” As a woman, I am happy with the D3 addition, for calcium absorption, etc.
Nature’s bounty is a great brand. My dad was a pharmacist who recently passed, and he swore by this brand. Minimal fishy aftertaste.
Dr. advised me to take both supplements thankfully I’m able to get both of them and one pill. I feel that they help me sleep as well
Ok if they were not HUGE! Hard to swallow!
Easy to swallow. No flavor. And no horrible fish flavor burps like you get with some fish oil tablets.
Great Product will continue to use it!!! Helps aid my recovery from working out!!! Love that it does not have that fishy taste when you burp also big plus!
If you take fish oil then you know all the benefits expected. I have had some “fish burps” when taking fish oil capsules. That has not happened with these softgels.
This version was a fair price on a per-pill basis. They would cost less with a larger bottle but this size is good when on a road trip for a few weeks.
I am pleased with them. Not sure how to “love” fish oil softgels so I rated it 4 stars. Thats not a grumble or complaint, just trying to use the rating standards as they are described.
