I’ve been thinking about making this video on spirulina for so long now. it must have been over a year ago that I experienced its amazing effects. I decided to take a bunch because I knew it was like a multivitamin, and then all of a sudden my night vision got better. there was a time I couldn’t see the numbers on buildings at night. I got crazy on the spirulina regimen, my eyesight seriously improved in like two days. everything was just clear and focused. my eyesight has always been basically 20/20 but all of a sudden at night it started to become harder to see looking at buildings especially the numbers. not only does spirulina help your night vision but it even cures blindness. they are giving children in Africa just 10 mg of spirulina who are vitamin a deficient and it’s bringing their eyesight back. every serving of spirulina has 100% vitamin A, you can even take more because it’s like a food. this is a natural vitamin A beta-carotene and it’s coming from an algae that grows in an inland source of fresh water. spirulina has protein and omega-3s vitamin d basically every vitamin you need but it is low on vitamin c in my opinion. you can live on spirulina but I would also take a vitamin c supplement . you can mix spirulina into smoothies with hemp seeds and maybe coconut milk. the more spirulina the better this stuff is crazy high protein, and it even has calories so it’s like a food. it’s like a supplement and a food at the same time period try to always buy high quality stuff and if you can grow it yourself then let me know
