The following is my list of what I do daily to keep my immune system at its optimum. Please remember, this is what I do that works for me and I will keep updating and improving as I continue on this journey for self enhancement.
Most of what I do is backed by research and science, you may not like what I do, you may or may not see a benefit, I am not medically trained, this is my daily practice and by doing this I have seen profound benefits.
Breath-work will always be key to boosting my mental and physical health, the following is the most comprehensive and fun that ive found, as ive mentioned before, its like Wim Hof Method on steroids:
Delushious Brands – Really good tasting Jam and Cakes (no added sugar)
To become a SOMA Breath Instructor:
Subscribe:
1: Cold showers (they had to be in there)
2: Intermittent and longer fasts
3: Remove/reduce sugar and processed foods
4: Avoid stress (small amounts good, lots of stress bad)
5: Meditation/Mindfulness
6: Soak up some sun
7: Beetroot Juice (nitrate into nitric oxide – improved blood flow)
8: Breath-work
9: Exercise (For me its HIIPA – High Intensity Incidental Physical Activity) Remember, too much exercise in these times is bad, causing oxidative stress on the body.
10: Spend time in nature

11: Immunoglobulin – A …an immune boosting antibody being produced through gratitude meditation (more science/research required)
