Hey Guys,

Now more than ever staying rested and energized is so important to me, something that I have been doing for years off and on are Vitamin B12 shots (along with rest and nutrition). The last 2 months I have been consistently getting B12 shots every week and they really help me with my energy levels (I skipped 1 week and definitely noticed a difference)
I don’t do much in weight management intervention nowadays but when I did, this lovely nurse EMAN has been there every step of the way through my journey to self love helping me balance out my lifestyle choices when it comes to nutrition, from me wanting to lose weight a 4 years ago, to maintaining my weight plus feeling more energized and overall healthy now. I literally switched facilities for this awesome woman.

Lastly I want to add : I have never felt judged, pressured, or shamed about my weight ( # on the scale) with Nurse Eman she is super supportive with whatever direction I’ve wanted to go in, but also makes sure I do it in a healthy and safe manner.
