One “heaping” scoop is supposed to be 165g, but if you notice on the pictures, its roughly 120g.
You will literally need to stack an additional 1/2-3/4 cup on top of the entire full cup and hope that no protein comes piling down off the sides in order to get close to a full serving.A better way to measure:***Each 1/4 cup is 25g (so, 1/4 cup = 25g; 1/2 cup = 50g; 3/4 cup = 75g; 1 full cup = 100g)***I take one full cup in the morning and sort of ballpark around 3/4 cups post-workout to ensure Im getting the full serving.
