I’ve eaten for the first time today..!!
Kind of didnt read the label all the way and it wasnt until I received it that I realized its for people 50 yrs old or older… (Im 25) haha…
But, with being short on my daily vitamins, I added one of these bad boys to my daily vitamin intake and feel better already. Im sticking with them.
I like them very much,I will continue to take them for the benefits of the vitamin and minerals

Overall, there is no medical proof that Vitamins work or if needed.
( Unless your doctor tells you that you are deficient in particular vitamins ) In addition, our bodies absorb very little of these type of vitamins and passes quickly through your body without having to absorb them into your system.On the plus side, Its good to have at least one vitamin that covers a broad band of nutrients.
So, it doesnt hurt to take one daily.
