My Diet:
Meal 1: 1 cup oats with 1 spoon peanut butter, 1 banana, some dry fruits
~1 tablet multivitamin after the heavy meal
Meal 2: Lunch (homemade food) then 1 serving Giloy
~ Giloy is an immune booster that can help remove toxins, purifies blood, fights bacteria that causes diseases and also combats liver diseases and urinary tract infections
~improve digestion, reduce stress, Reduce signs of aging and many more
Meal 3: Green tea with lemon, ginger, honey
~this tea will help reduce fats
~improve immunity
~ aid to cure a lot of diseases
~vitamin C helps encourage the production of white blood cells known as lymphocytes and phagocytes, which help protect the body against infection
~Green tea is packed with antioxidants that help boost your immune system and fight free-radical damage (which helps prevent cancer)
~Ginger is a strong antioxidant that has been shown to naturally boost the immune system. Ginger helps kill cold viruses and has been said to combat chills and fever. It is also a great detox
Pre workout: Black coffee/supplement
~Caffeine from coffee with enhance focus and initiate mind muscle connection
Postworkout: Post workout: 1 scoop whey/5 eggs , you can add extra carbs to it too in the form of bread/fruit jam etc
Meal 4: Dinner (Homemade food)
Meal 5: 1 glass (250ml) of milk with Fish oil capsule
~fish oil high in the omega-3 fatty acid compound DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) seemed to boost activity of a white blood cell called a B cell, a vital part of the body’s immune response
Tips to Boost immmunity:
1. Drink lot of water, stay hydrated.
2. Exercise regulary
3. Sleep well
4. Eat a balanced diet
5. Try my immunity boosting tea!
6. Stay active
7. Take more citrus fruits rich in vitamin C
8. Eat more green and salad
