Ginger shots are great for immunity boosting. Here are the three recipes for you. Use juicer or blender (how it is shown on video)
1. Lemon, celery, ginger
1/2 Lemon
10 g Fresh ginger (walnut size)
100 ml Water
1 stick Celery
2. Spinach, green apple, lime, ginger
1 cup Spinach
1/2 green apple
1 lime juice ( or lemon)
10 g fresh ginger (walnut size)
3. Carrot, orange, ginger
1 medium carrot
1 orange
10 g ginger (walnut size)

Ginger shots in a Blender: Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. (if you use fruits or veges like celery or carrot, add approx. 100 ml of water. Blend till it is smooth and then press the pulp through a fine strainer or kitchen cloth.
