Here is a video about boosting immunity through yogic practices. My yoga teachers during yoga tournaments as a child as well as during RYT500 certification in Rishikesh, India, always encouraged me to always keep the fundamentals right as that’s the foundation for a complete health and joyful life. 5 Yoga Poses that I cover in this video are efficient to stimulate lungs and keep the residual air volume (as per internet sources, normal adult value is averaged around 1200ml) in lungs in right amount. These simple poses can help you prevent from virus infections (cold/flu/fever) in general.
These are efficient and effective asanas for stimulating lungs but more importantly, are no replacement for a medical treatment. I recommend this video as a mere precautionary measure.
