Things you want to do:
Drink Hot Tea Lemon, lots of ginger, and lemongrass/ fever grass.
Drink lots of Orange Juice and Water
LAY AND SLEEP ON YOUR STOMACH
Take your Vitamin C, Zinc, Vitamin D3, elderberry

Use Vicks for your chest and hot rags on my chest (this helped with the Shortness of breath)
Tylenol FOR PAIN AND FEVER
MUCINEX DM FOR THE COUGH AND MUCUS
YOU ARE GOING TO BE VERY WEAK. MAKE SURE YOU GET IN SOME SUN TRY TO DO SOME WALK AS MUCH AS YOU CAN DO EACH DAY UNTIL YOU GET BETTER.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST GET REST BUT DONT JUST STAY IN THE BED ALL DAY.
