Fennel seeds 7-Tablespoons
Pure Turmeric Powder 7-Tablespoons
White Cumin Seeds 4-Tablespoons
Coriander Powder 4-Tablespoons
Green Cardamom Powder 3-Tablespoons
Pure Black Pepper Powder 2-Tablespoons
Pure Ginger Roots Powder 2-Tablespoons
Pure Cinnamon Powder ½ -Tablespoons

5 Minutes Fry all of them except Ginger Roots Powder & Turmeric Powder.
Mix them all and store in air-tight pot.

Using Directions:
1- ½ teaspoon every day with water.
2- Or use 1Teaspoon in you daily cooking/meal as spices.
