Immune Boosting Pouches for All Ages

Decided to do another one of these since several of you expressed so much interest in it!

Recipe:

3 C carrots (steamed)
1 1/2 C oats (measured prior to cooking)
2 C apple sauce
2 C papaya
1 C squash (can be frozen or fresh, steam to cook)
4 Collard Green leaves (steamed)
2 Tbsp. help seed
1/3 C brocoli micro greens
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Directions: First cook your oatmeal and steam your vegetables (indicated above). Steam carrots for 15 minutes on medium heat, steam your collard greens for 4-5 minutes. You can also steam your papaya for 5 minutes. I’d recommend splitting the ingredients into two sets for it to blend easier. Throw into your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your pouches and jars. These will only hold for maximum 3 days in the fridge since there’s more perishable ingredients. Store any extra in the freezer! To thaw, just run under warm water or put in a bowl containing warm water.
