In our previous video, we discussed the role of vitamins and minerals in proper functioning of immune system and we learned that Vitamin A, Vitamin B specifically Vitamin B6, Vitamin B9 and Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Vitamin E and minerals Zinc, Copper, Iron, Selenium and Manganese are required in adequate quantities to maintain a healthy immune system and its proper response.
