bought this for myself. I knew it’s good for joint and skin health, and I’ll let my mom take this with me.
I know Vitamin D3 is not naturally present in very many foods, you get it from being out in the sun, but I work indoors and dont do a lot of outdoor activities.
So I think probably do need a supplement. Vitamin D3 promotes health bone growth and formation so without sufficient vitamin D, bones can become thin, brittle, or misshapen.
