Boil 6 Star Anise pods, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp cardamom, a few cloves and a cinnamon stick in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes. Add to 1 spoonful of instant coffee. Cool, pour over ice and add condensed coconut milk.
