Supplements:

Metamucil – Fiber (regulates digestion and BMs) and helps lower cholesterol

Vitamin D3 (I’m deficient)- Bone and Immune Support

Fish Oil – Heart Health and helps lower cholesterol

Folic Acid (Vitamin B) good for PCOS

Inositol – Promotes Circulation, Mood Stabilizer and good for PCOS

Turmeric – Antioxidant, good for inflammation and good for PCOS

Niacin – helps lower cholesterol, boost metabolism

I take these supplements but make sure you consult your Dr. before taking any supplements, especially if you have pre existing health conditions and or taking medications.
