Jab 123 – 15 reps x 2 (each side) πŸ‘ŠπŸ‘Š

Cross mountain runner – 20-30 reps x 2βœ…βœ…
Backward lunges – 10- 15 reps x 2 (each side) πŸ€Ύβ€β™€οΈπŸ€Ύβ€β™€οΈ
