Twisting- 15 x 2
Twisting with knee up – 15 x2 (each side)

Butt kick – 15 x 2
High knee with punch – 15 x 2

Jab 123 – 15 reps x 2 (each side) ππ
Combo kick – 15 reps x 2 (each side)π€ΈββοΈπ€ΈββοΈ
Cross mountain runner – 20-30 reps x 2β

Backward lunges – 10- 15 reps x 2 (each side) π€ΎββοΈπ€ΎββοΈ
Abdominal crunches – 15 -20 reps x 2π―π―
Resting time between each exercise – 30-45 Sec π§ββοΈπ§ββοΈ
Resting time between Set – 15 Sec π§π§
