In this video we are making ginger lemon tea!
You will need:
2-4 cups of water
Ginger root
Lemon
Honey
Slice about 2 inches of ginger root into thin slices. Place in a sauce pan. Add the water and bring to a boil. Once it is boiling you will turn it down to a simmer for 15 mins. Meanwhile, slice lemon and squeeze into a cup. Add 1/2 tsp (or desired amount) honey to cup. Strain the water into the cup. Let it cool and enjoy!!
Ginger is good for immunity and weight loss!
Lemon is high in vitamin C.
