Equipment needed – yoga mat , 2 filled water bottle (1 ltr each) or 1 kg weight each and water !

Day 16

Warmup 🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️✅✅

Hamstring curl with shoulder stretch – 15 x 2
Feet tall with arm stretch- 15 x2
Jumping jack – 15 x 2
High knees – 15 x 2

Main routine 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️💯💯 🔥 🔥

Biceps curls – 15 -20 reps x 2 🧗‍♀️🧗‍♀️
Hamercurl – 15 -20 reps x 2 🏂
Preacher curl – 15 -20 reps x 2✅✅
Sit ups with weights – 15 – 20 reps x 2 🤾‍♀️🤾‍♀️
Crunches with weights – 15-20 reps x 2 🤽‍♀️🤽‍♀️

Resting time between each exercise – 10 Sec
Resting time between Set – 30-45 Sec
