ingredients:
organic chicken/mutton 1/2 kg
salt as per taste
turmeric powder 2 tsp
black pepper powder 1 tsp
water 2 litre
egg 2
method:
1) in a sauce pan add water, organic chicken, salt, black pepper powder and turmeric powder. cover and cook on a low flame for 1 hour.
2) after 1 hour then add boil egg (separate white and yellow part, mashed yellow part and cut the white part). again cook for 5 minutes and served.
