A strong immune system can fight so much better with daily exercise, sunlight, fresh air, clean water, proper sleep, positive people in our lives, good nutrition, and supplements like vitamin D, Vitamin C and Zinc especially during flu seasons. Vitamin D is recommended by doctors to be taken daily at doses of 1000mg-4000mg from Oct-March to make up for the sunlight we are not getting.

If I’m ever not feeling well I love the power of 3-4 drops of oregano oil under the tongue with 1 tbsp carrier oil (so it doesn’t burn) for 1 minute before being swallowed. Not to mention its a concentrated plant oil and every plant we eat helps absorb c02. Double win.
