Third-party research firm KGK Synergize** gathered healthy, moderately stressed people not looking to improve their health and conducted a
double-blind study on them, resulting in positive results.
How did they measure it?
KGK used the Profile of Mood States (POMS), a widespread instrument which measures mood. They measured six different types of mood swings
over 28 days. These include tension or anxiety, anger or hostility, vigor or activity, fatigue or inertia, depression or dejection, confusion or
