Consideration #2- select exercises that have a conditioning component and promote good work capacity and general fitness.

Consideration #3- select exercises that carry a low injury risk.

Consideration #4- select exercises that move your body through space build good balance and develop body awareness.

Consideration #5- select exercises that can be performed outdoors (at least some of the time).
