With a large variety of “loop style” resistance available on Amazon.com and the internet in general, it’s hard to choose considering value, durability, function, and design. In this video I wanted to compare two best selling resistance band sets that were comparable in function, but varied in price on Amazon. I compare the cheaper Sunpow Resistance Band set to the more expensive Undersun Fitness Bands by James Grage. I will unbox, report first impressions, workout with each, and then give a final verdict on which set I personally recommend.
