Dr. Abram Hoffer is known for his work in working with many people to help them balance their internal molecular chemicals as needed by our cells on a daily basis. Here I supplement my regular foods with the following vitamin supplements for general healthy living.

I take the following vitamin supplements on a rotating and qty changing basis depending on my food intake during meals and skip them altogether on occassional days to let the body produce a need for them before retaking them again. I take these by intuition and so I follow my own regimen.

Supplements:

Women’s 1 a Day
Iron
Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc
Zinc
Lutein for eyes
Beta Carotene – (Will be removed from collection)
Elderberry – for eyes I don’t depend on this as I would prefer the fresh berries but none are accessible here (likely will not reorder)
Chorella/Spirulina – plant protein

Some are fat soluble and others are non fat soluble so are best taking in certain combinations for optimal absorption. Need further research on this.
