I GAINED 15lbs DURING COVID-19 | DETOX TEA – VITAMIN REGIMEN

The ‘Rona made me gain 15lbs…smh.
I decided to try the Iaso Tea from my best friend and will post my results here. I am currently at 169lbs and want to get down to 155lbs
I will also be working out (LIGHTLY) and limiting red meat.
