The BEST Electrolytes For CARNIVORES: https://amzn.to/3NXQT2a

So I’ve just searched up, the 3 best super foods on earth and guess what rubbish google came out with. This nonsense from Gusto. Garlic, blueberries and broccoli. Now, if you’re not a strict carnivore and you’re eating more of an ancestral diet, blueberries are great and so can Garlic be, if it reacts well with you. But broccoli is absolute Rubbish and none of these should be listed anywhere near the top 3 “superfoods” in the world. Broccoli has some nasty defence chemicals in it, which can absolutely harm the health of those who’s bodies can’t deal with them and the bioavailability of the nutrients in broccoli is absolutely nothing compared to the 3 REAL superfoods that I’m about to reveal to you.

The entire concept of superfoods is a bunch of food industry marketing rubbish from the start, but, If I were to make a list similar to this one from Gusto, my top three pics would absolutely be liver, heart and kidney for the top three superfoods. All three of these organ meats are PACKED full of nutrients that have a high bioavailability and there’s zero defence chemicals. These three are REAL superfoods.

So, let’s start with liver – the ultimate nutritional powerhouse. Liver is like nature’s multivitamin, packed with an array of vitamins and minerals that are essential for our health. It’s an exceptional source of vitamin A, which supports our vision, immune system, and skin health. Plus, liver is teeming with B vitamins, including B12, which is notoriously scarce in plant foods. These B vitamins are crucial for energy production, brain function, and metabolism. But what truly sets liver apart is its remarkable nutrient density and bioavailability. Unlike some plant-based foods that might lock their nutrients behind tough cell walls or antinutrient compounds, liver offers nutrients in a form that our bodies can readily absorb and utilize.

Next on the list is the heart – an organ that’s often overlooked, but brimming with benefits. Heart meat is an incredible source of CoQ10, a powerful antioxidant that plays a vital role in energy production at the cellular level. This makes it a fantastic ally for heart health and overall vitality. Additionally, heart meat provides essential amino acids that support muscle growth and repair. Unlike plant proteins, which can lack certain amino acids, heart meat offers a complete protein package. And let’s not forget the natural richness of heart meat – delivering flavours and textures that plant foods can’t even come close to.

Last but certainly not least, we have kidney – a true nutritional gem. Kidney meat is a top-tier source of selenium, a trace mineral that’s crucial for a healthy immune system and thyroid function. It’s also rich in iron, a nutrient that’s more readily absorbed from animal sources than plant sources. Iron from kidney meat comes in a heme form, which our bodies absorb more efficiently compared to non-heme iron found in plant foods. This means that kidney meat can play a pivotal role in preventing iron deficiency and anaemia.

So, let’s recap: liver, heart, and kidney – the three real superfoods that stand head and shoulders above the rest. These organ meats are packed with essential nutrients that are easily absorbed by our bodies. Unlike some plant foods with their defence chemicals and nutrient inhibitors, these organ meats offer unparalleled bioavailability. It’s time to embrace the wisdom of our ancestors and consider these organ meats as the true superfoods that they are. Say goodbye to the marketing hype and hello to genuine nutritional powerhouses that have stood the test of time. Your health will thank you for it!
