Pineapples are rich in vitamins, enzymes and antioxidants. They help boost the immune system, build strong bones and aid indigestion.
Forgot to mention Mango, it is high in fibre, and is a great source of vitamins A and C. It also contains folate, B6, iron and a little calcium, zinc and vitamin E.
Spinach contains several vitamins and minerals, including potassium, magnesium, and vitamins B6, B9, and E. Spinach is an extremely nutrient-rich vegetable. It has high amounts of carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, iron, and calcium.
Coconut Milk has high levels of Vitamin C which helps maintain elasticity and flexibility of skin. It is also rich in copper, and prevents wrinkles, sagging skin and age spots. It is easy to digest and very healing for the gut.
