Sugar and being addicted to something is just an unhealthy condition by definition so you don’t have to believe that Sugar’s causing all of these diseases to still believe that it’s bad for you and I don’t think you even have to look that far like I don’t think it’s a

Stretch to to look at the Obesity rates alone around the world not just in the US here’s the the action plan for those of you on different levels of the scale still trying to get off this what I would say to you is find a way to quit

Sugar for two to three weeks find a way any way possible nmn was a great resource for me but find your way and then go back to it for one serving just one serving just really one spoon one bite just one bite and taste it your senses will have been restored

That’s what I want you to recall recall that terrible that terrible taste that puckering up that repulsiveness right remember that and equate the sugar with that terrible taste because that’s factual because you’re no longer desensitized you are of sound mind and body you can taste again that’s reality

That’s the truth that’s what you’re eating you don’t need to desensitize how many you have ever had that Sugar tongue where it kind of almost Burns where it’s numb when you’re really eating a lot of sugar or a lot of salt it’s your body telling you to
