FITNESS FRIDAY! This session is designed to make you SWEAT!! this made me sweat like no other one of our sessions!! It’s a FARTLEK based training session meaning… I’m in charge of your work and your rest with very little structure! 💪🥵👍

All I will give you is it’s 3 lots of 8 minute continuous exercise with some active recovery in there! Guys if there are any exercises you feel are too advanced please regress them or slot another exercise in there here are some examples of some exercises to use instead….

Pivot squats
Walkouts
Reverse lunges
Plank get ups
Dips
Cross over lunges
