Best Vitamin To Boost Energy Levels

I’ve received a question from a loyal viewer about boosting energy levels with vitamins and in today’s video I want to answer this question in as much depth as possible. Watch this video now if you want more energy!
“Dr. Sam… I think I’m lacking in some vitamins because I’m always tired. I read online that maybe I should take some B Vitamins or maybe B12.
I did take your advice and started taking Perfect Vitamin D&K and yes, my energy levels are much better.
But what are your thoughts on B vitamins or is there any specific vitamin that helps with increasing energy levels?”
This is a great question because I used to ask myself the same thing a couple of decades ago.
First, yes – Perfect Vitamin D&K is very important for energy levels. It contains a specific form of Vitamins D3 and K2.
And most people are deficient in these two fat soluble vitamins. I’ve got more details about this below in the description area.
However, Vitamin D isn’t even a vitamin. It’s actually a HORMONE and that’s why it is so powerful.
So, speaking strictly about Vitamins, yes – B vitamins are very important.
However, these vitamins don’t give energy directly, the way a hormone does or a drug like caffeine.
They work with your FOOD to optimize pathways to increase and maximize energy levels.
Simply stated, vitamins allow your food to be better utilized for energy levels.
So, if you read or someone says “take B12 injections” or “take B6” to increase your energy, it’s NOT true.
And one problem is that you should be taking ALL the B vitamins together. They work together.
Unless you are specifically deficient in just ONE vitamin, such as B-12 in vegans.
The problem is that most supplements just randomly throw together arbitrary amounts of each B vitamin, which can create more imbalances.
Or you’ll barely have any in your MultiVitamin, so it’s a waste of time and money.

However, I still suggest you might consider taking a daily B-complex supplement. Especially if you exercise regularly and have higher stress levels.

So, circling back to the ONE vitamin that does increase energy levels by itself and doesn’t require food… is a natural coenzyme derived from vitamin B3 (niacin) and it’s called, NADH (Reduced B-Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide)
It’s one of the new ingredients I added to Body-Brain Energy over a decade ago
NADH is essential for basic metabolism, respiration, the breakdown of sugars and fats, and most importantly, the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which is the primary energy molecule in our cells.
NADH also plays an important role in the synthesis of neurotransmitters in the brain… These are important brain chemicals such as dopamine which help increase emotional drive.
Unfortunately, as we age and during times of stress, we produce less ATP and this is one reason you have less physical energy, muscular endurance and mental focus.

energy you have the happier you are the more you get done in the day and the more fulfilled you feel before going to sleep sadly the older we get the more stress we have the worse our hormones and however it is very expensive so keep that in mind now i also added an herbal extract called rhodiola extract and body brain energy because it also helps promote atp in addition to cp which is creatine phosphate in the mitochondria mitochondrion itself is a very powerful energy producer and they basically work synergistically together rhodiola and nadh so it’s a great combination to take to maximize your atp production so you might consider taking both of these together about five milligrams of nadh and 120 milligrams of rhodiola extract make sure it’s the extract and not the root powder and take it about first thing in the morning you can also take maybe a second dose midday around noon or one or two but be sure it’s not close to bedtime because again it’s going to give you energy and there
