Yes, guys. Let’s get this video kicked off with a rest day crack open of a beautiful can of Ultra Paradise lads. And let’s get a little taste test on here. It’s been a couple of days since I’ve had one of these ones. Ice cold straight out the fridge. It’s going to give me that energy to get stuck into what we’re about to break down. The supplement stack that I would recommend to pretty much every, you know, person that trains, every person that wants to focus on their health supplements. These are supplements to supplement your diet on a daily basis. But these are all things that we can get the little extra couple of percentages out of every single day, every single week with our diet that we are obviously taking in every single day. So without further ado, let’s get stuck into it. This is pretty much everything that I’m taking in terms of supplement wise. I may with the prep brain on me right now have forgotten a few things, but when we talk about supplements, I think this is pretty much it. Some in here that are just unnecessary, I think. And then a lot in here that are necessary, you could say. And then, as I said, I am assisted. There is other bits and bobs in here that again I have decided that you know talking about my PED use and everything on here is not the smartest thing to do. I don’t want to be influencing anyone on here to go down a route that potentially is a wrong decision for you to make. big thing when it comes to PEDs as we talk about you know with supplements also because it’s all in the name isn’t it is you know going down the route of PEDs if you are going to make that decision understand that is probably a lifelong decision that you are going to have to make so that is what I do say and have said now in the last couple of weeks is that that’s what coaching is all about if you want to chat about PDS that is a route that you want to go down and you want to take talk about all the considerations that need to go into Do send me a message. Do click the link in the description below. We have the train by JP CV burn. This I have found an absolute fantastic way first thing in the morning as an intensifier for my cardio. Okay, this is the first supplement out of everything here that I am taking on a daily basis to get my heart rate up to where it needs to be at to get my cardio done as efficiently and get the most out of my cardio that I want to get out every single day. I take a serving of that every single morning alongside my black coffee, alongside my other fat burners that I do use. So, that is a fat burner that I recommend for absolutely everyone if you want to get the most out of your cardio. It is quite potent, but it does work. It really, really does work. So, that is Train by JP CV burn. First and foremost, I really do recommend. The next one that we have then when I finish my cardio in the morning, I want to rehydrate. Okay, again, you see me, if you’re following along the daily videos, I cannot recommend this enough. Okay, the Train by JP hydration formula is absolutely unbelievable. It’s the nicest electrolyte, first and foremost that I’ve ever had. Electrolytes are key to proper hydration, okay? Like in here we’ve got obviously you know pink salt, sodium chloride, we have magnesium citrate, we have watermelon fruit extract, torine in there, potassium citrate in here. A lot of people think that water is going to hydrate you properly. You need a mixture of water and salt and in here is going to be proper electrolytes. You know the word electrolytes, the word is in the name hydration. This is going to hydrate you properly and it tastes absolutely unbelievable. If you’re on a diet right now, get this in your stack. I am rotating between melon and apple flavor and pineapple and strawberry flavor. It is to die for. We went for the melon and apple today and we’re having an apple monster. So, we’re on a bit of an apple buzz today across the board. Then the next part to my daily routine. When I am fasted, I do not take any tablets. you like fish oils and anything like that. I like to have them on a fed stomach and I fast for quite a couple hours early in the day. So, I don’t recommend taking those kind of things first thing in the morning. If you are eating first thing in the morning, then by all means get them in. Have them in the morning nice and early so you remember them. A lot of these things when it comes to supplement lads is taking them consistently every single day, every single week and not just taking them once here and there. You know, that’s the thing with supplements is like keeping them just as consistent as your diet is. You know, being a part of your daily diet. The next thing I do is for my digestion. Digestion is a massive part to getting the most out of your nutrition, getting the most out of what you’re doing on a day-to-day basis. So, a little bit of a bigger stack maybe than what normally you might think. But the first thing that I would go for for anyone who wants to up their level of digestion and really help their digestion out alongside other things that you can do naturally for free when we’re talking about supplements is glutamine powder. Okay, llutamine powder is absolutely fantastic. This has been a gamecher both in the gain of phase and the prep that I have been on and digestion is is something that I did struggle with in recent times you know but glutamine I have found has been an absolute game changer. I take five grams of this in the morning first thing before I eat anything. Okay? And alongside this, I will also do my creatine, okay? Because I remember to take it. Now, creatine, the most researched supplement that there is out there. There are so many benefits to it. It’s not something that we need to go into. Again, for my creatine, it’s just something that I’m keeping consistent. I do pretty much 10 grams of creatine every single day. Okay? So, with my glutamine and with my creatine, I do five grams in the morning with my digestion drink of both. And then preworkout, I will also do five grams of creat creatine and five grams of glutamine. It’s just the routine that I’ve got with it and I’m running with it. Okay. Simple as. The next part to my digestion drink, you could say, is yeah, apple cider vinegar from the mother. It’s just something that I’ve done. There’s no magic pill with it, lads. It’s not going to all of a sudden shred multiple pounds of fat, but I’ve just found it does help the gut for me personally, a small little bit paired with lemon juice. Okay, so that is another thing I’m keeping up consistently for a long time now, every single morning. And it’s just all these small little things, you know, if I can get a little extra percentage out of doing these things every single day, I’m going to take it to make sure my digestion is in a really good spot. So, that’s where we’re at in terms of digestion. When it comes to digestion, again, just simple things like slowing down eating your meals, making sure you’re chewing, you know, chewing your food a lot like and not just absolutely wolfing your food. Giving yourself enough time in between meals so you’re not like putting food too close together and noticing that you have a lot of bloating going on every single day. Obviously, hydration being a massive part to it there. Again, walking after your meals is going to help a lot with digestion as well. All right. alongside getting your steps in. Walking after meals is going to be like king for getting really good digestion and having digestion in a really good spot. Lads, on to the kind of bits then that I will take with my meal one every single day. Okay, so first and foremost, we have just the main kind of ones that I recommend to you. Again, vitamin C here. All right, we have a couple of staples. So, we’ve got vitamin C again for immune health across the board. All right, it’s an antioxidant. It’s going to be boost your immune function basically. Um it’s going to help with your recovery. We then have alongside this. I cannot recommend it enough. I take this every single day. I take this post-workout. I take this with pre-bed as well. Magnesium. Okay. Absolutely unbelievable supplement. Magnesium by glycinite is absolutely unreal. It’s going to help with relaxation. You could take this post-workout again, like I said, and you can take this pre-bed to help you wind down in the evening time there as well. Magnesium. And then alongside that, we have a really good fish oil. When it comes to like supplements as well, lads, you want to pick a brand, you know, that you’re getting good bang for your buck. You know, I recommend Train by JP for pretty much the majority of the stuff that I use across the board. You know, there’s a reason we have all the top athletes in the game using, you know, these top brands. You have things like Train by JP supplement Needs, you know, all these big big brands. There’s multiple brands out there, but I recommend just picking a brand and sticking with it. They know as much as you possibly can because then you know what you’re getting. Okay? Simple as. We then have curcumin. Again, another one that we can look at taking. Curcumin comes from turmeric. So, there is turmeric inside in this. Again, turmeric is going to be really good, really good supplement to take. It’s just something again that you can take again year round, right? It’s just one that I have in there. Again, most of these supplements are not that expensive, lads. All right? They have like serving sizes of 120. Some of the supplements have a serving sizes of like 60 and 90. These are all things that you just should be budgeting for on a monthly basis, okay? Across the board. I then have vitamin B. These are just from little to be honest with you. And I have vitamin D and I usually have just because I ran out I topped up on these. Vitamin D and K2 is again another massive one. Again depending on where you are, depending on sunlight wise, etc., etc., what you get in your country. They’re all just little staples that I would look at having. A lot of people also ask me about taking a multivitamin. Again, take a look at the diet first and foremost. If you are, you know, lacking in terms of the greens that you’re taking in, the veg, you know, the fruit that you’re taking in every single day, I would definitely look at supplementing with a multivitamin in there in in there as well. Just like the fish oil, you know, if you don’t get any crazy amount of healthy fats like nice fish in like like myself at the moment, there is no room for that in terms of my macronutrients, in terms of my meal plan. Supplementing with a really good fish oil consistently every single day is going to be where where you need to be at, okay? in terms of keeping your lipids, you know, in a really good spot alongside healthy functioning hormones. Okay, that’s it in terms of supplements that I’d recommend across the board that should be staples in there. If I have forgotten anything, do let me know in the comments below and I will get them on here as well. Then we kind of start to look at, you know, the things that again are more so for convenience over anything. Like I cannot recommend just a really good protein supplement for absolutely every single person. All right, apologies that is a little bit bright there. I stand by my perform whey proteins. All right, I’ve got multiple flavors in the house to again just keep the flavor going, but that doesn’t mean you have to just again there’s a protein out there for absolutely everyone now. All right, the days of protein being horrible taste and are gone. There’s a protein there for absolutely every single person. That one right there is sweet and salty popcorn flavor and it’s one of my favorite flavors. Okay, that’s just to say, you know, how my taste buds are affected. But that was just as nice in the gaining phase as it is here now in prep right now, under four weeks out. Okay, a really good protein powder. If you struggle digestion, normal whey protein concentrate, you can look at iso proteins. As I get closer to my shows and I’m looking at even further into digestion, I will be using a whey isolate, which is just a thinner version of that protein. And then there’s also other proteins out there. We have like clear whey proteins now which is like my wadi. We have beef isolate proteins. There’s multiple different ones that perform have even come out with an egg white protein if you really do struggle to digest dairy as well which is absolutely fantastic there as well. Then over here something I use in terms of my digestion as well. The reason being and also tastewise as well lads. Um it’s a really good carbohydrate source. Camera rice. Okay. This is again another one that is kind of like again you could just be eating your oats to save a little bit of money every single day if you’re looking at your budget. It’s not expensive but again it’s just something that you could be saving money on. I use cream of rice as one of my carb sources every single day. Again from perform this one I use multiple different brands like Train by JP. This is a new one that I’ve gotten chocolate orange from Perform. Absolutely delicious. It’s basically just like ground rice flavored to be simple as okay, but oats there are going to do the exact same job. I cannot wait for a bowl of oats after prep when my digestion is something that I’m like I can handle a bowl of oats, which sounds stupid, but it’s just all those small little nitty-gritty details that we’re worried about at the moment. They are again things you’re going to get a lot more bang for your buck. You’re getting a lot more protein out of a tub of protein per serving of protein than the price of meat and everything these days. You know what I mean? And it’s just for convenience more than anything, for taste, etc., etc. Instead of having to eat five chicken or five meat meals across the day, you might want to have two meals with protein in it and three meals with meat, etc. Or, you know, something like that to to to give you an example across the board. After that, then we kind of just look at stuff that is it really necessary for me right now? just small little things that do give me that little bit of a push. Again, if the budget isn’t there, I just don’t recommend them, lads. There’s just no need for them. A pre-workout. All right. Again, a pre-workout will give you that little bit of a boost. But could I get the same kind of, you know, little bit of energy from a black coffee or some form of coffee like your Monster every single day that you’re probably having anyway, and save money on not getting a pre-workout supplement. You could, again, me where I’m at right now, my training needs to be in a really good spot. I do sometimes, some sessions utilize uh stim pre-workout. So, there is caffeine inside in this. If you aren’t looking for a stim pre-workout, I really do recommend a non- stem pre-workout. So, this is Train by JP pumpage. Something I implemented only recently in the last couple of weeks to help with pumps in the gym. Again, no caffeine in this. a lot of similar ingredients that you’re going to get from a normal pre-workout just without the caffeine. And I will use this on its own for a lot of sessions as well when I don’t need the caffeine because I’ve already taken in a lot of caffeine throughout the day there as well. And again, just being smart with it, thinking right, do I need this or do I not? What’s essential here? What’s not? And that’s the main thing with supplements across the board. And as I said, it’s in the name. All of these things are supplements. They’re there to supplement a balanced healthy diet. As you will hear every single person say like focus on your diet first. You’ll get the majority of everything that we’re trying to get in terms of our macronutrients first and foremost and then our micronutrients, our minerals, our vitamins out of the food that you take in every single day and then we can start to look at our supplements. Okay, that’s what I’m thinking in terms of supplements across the board. If you do have any questions you want to talk about any of the supplements, do drop them in the questions below. I am sure there is, you know, some things that I’ve left out here I have forgotten about that are in the press. There is quite a few different things, but they are what I’m taking pretty much on a daily basis alongside my other, you know, bits as I said to E. But that I think covers the the supplement stack four weeks out across the board. The supplement stack year round to be completely honest. Just not having pre-workout the whole time, not having pumped the whole time. Post prepar will be continuing on all that. will be continuing on with my cream rices because I’m in love with them. If you have any recommendations in terms of whey isolates for me, which is probably in my opinion going to be a perform way isolate just to play it safe. I’m not the biggest fan of a train by JP isolate, but we’ll see leading into my shows. Do let me know if there’s any supplements on here that I did forget and you think would be very important for people to know about. Do drop them in the comments below and I will get back to you. As always, if there is anything you want to see on here coming in the next couple of weeks, lads, do let me know as well. All right, we’re coming on here every single day, every single day with a YouTube video, which I’m absolutely loving. You’re holding me accountable every single day. And today, I thought it might be a good idea to just run through some supplements and hopefully give you a couple of tips along the way. Drop the video a like, subscribe if you haven’t already. As always, we will see you back here again tomorrow. Have a great day. [Applause]
