The fitness world on social media is a mess—coaches with no credentials, influencers pushing garbage products, and a wave of edited bodies setting impossible standards. In this episode of The Supra Human Show, Ben Oliver and Dr. Taylor Waters call out the BS, break down what makes content harmful vs. helpful, and share the mindset shift needed to actually succeed in your health journey.

Whether you’re a coach, a lifter, or someone just trying to sift through the chaos online—this is the episode you didn’t know you needed.

i would say the ugly is pushing bull products car powder is carb powder like at least the product that’s being sold it does what it says on the tin kind of thing super oxygenated water your little bubble machine and like detox pill 7day drop 20 in a week the laxative teas where they got all the kind of pyramid scheme kind of stuff like that was like a really bad time for that stuff and everyone was falling for it and trying to promote it i almost felt sympathy for people that bought into it if you’re really struggling with your health or your weight and you feel like you’ve tried everything and nothing works you will buy into that stuff because you’re looking for just any kind of way to get out of your current situation [Music]
