Did you guys ever take Myoplex protein powder?
one of the first supplements I ever took was myoplex I’m sure some people remember that it was like just like the powder it was they came in individual powders like you bought it in the box but they like satchels yeah Satchel yeah and you would dump the powder in a blender and the blender would be half full of powder like how the hell I remember cuz I was a kid I didn’t know so I would dump the powder in the cup right and then I’d put like milk in it and be like it’s like oh no no no no you can’t do that yeah yeah it took years before I like oh I can put in a BL turns into like paint thickness cuz so many thickeners like GL you got glue
