This Pineapple, orange, lemon, and ginger juice is not just delicious but beneficial. It’s refreshing and packed with vitamin C. Great for beginners and experts. 😉 I’m using a Nama Cold Press juicer, in which, my daughter named namaste. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 Pineapple (Piña)
1 Lemon (Limon)
4 Oranges (Naranjas)
1-2 inches of Ginger ( 1-2 pulgada de Jengibre)

Directions:

Cut and/or peel out the outer layer of your pineapple, lemon, & oranges. Cut your preferable amount of ginger and leave as is.
Corte y/o pele la capa externa de su piña, limon, y naranjas. Corta la cantidad preferible de jengibre y déjalo como esta.

*In my opinion, it’s important to leave the white layer of the lemon and oranges. It’s pack with nutrients. :p
En mi opinion, es importante dejar la capa blanca del limón y naranjas. Están llenas de nutrientes. :p
