as someone who has recently turned 40 I am on the lookout for really trying to get good supplementation I know that we can’t get all we need from our diets which is just too difficult right to eat the right things every single day to make sure you’re getting those nutrients so supplements are important to make sure again that you’re supplementing what you’re missing so this is a vitamin K2 fullsp spectrum vitamin so this one is primarily going to be used for healthy bones calcium absorption but it is also good for immune function uh which is very important especially with all of this going on and sickness and everything like that very important to keep your immune system up to date and healthy so these are 60 liquid fil gummies they are peach and they are sugar-free so I appreciate the packaging on these again it has a plastic all around so that is appreciated so let’s get these open and give them a shot so just reading the bottle on these they are non-GMO vegan gluten-free gelatinree lab tested super important so with these you take two gummies daily uh and again looking through the ingredients there’s nothing that I’m like shocked or I’m I don’t know how to pronounce which is appreciated so there’s like coconut oil in here you have pure water you have stevia extract monk fruit in here so yes this looks fantastic let’s get it open and again I’m hoping it’s sealed yes so that’s appreciated just to make sure again that it’s not getting tampered at uh or tampered during transit or anything so let’s get this open okay so here they are and look at how cute these are i know you’re not supposed to think vitamins or supplements are cute but look at that they have like something on the inside they are nice and little squishy so just the smell on these you can definitely get the peach flavor so let’s go ahead and give these a shot that is amazing you definitely get the peach but I feel like you get like more It’s a more robust flavor than just peach it is It is pretty good i really like those i really like them and I like that this brand and I’ve worked with these um this these particular items before and I like that you don’t get that chalky aftertaste there’s nothing gritty about it it’s just very very very good final thoughts on these i really like the taste again not chalky not gritty nothing like that uh so this one will be in my rotation as well for the vitamins that I am looking for again this has vitamin K2 in here vitamin D3 vitamin K1 and you have the probiotics sugar-free vegan gelatin free all the good things so really recommend these these are awesome
