Ingredients:
Almonds -1/2 cup
Cashews -1/2 cup
Walnuts -1/2 cup
Pistachios -1/2 cup
Pumpkin seeds -1/2 cup
Chia seeds -1/2 cup
Flax seeds -1/2 cup
Sesame seeds -1/2 cup
Poppy seeds -1/2 cup
Jaggery -1.5 cup grated
Ghee – 3-4 tbsp or as needed
Cardamom powder -1/4 tsp

Process:

Heat a pan and dry roast all the nuts and seeds in medium to low flame. Let them cool down and pulse them coarsely. Add grated jaggery and grind them.

Add the grinded mixture to a container and add cardamom powder and ghee and mix well and make laddus. Add ghee as needed and store them in an airtight container.
