hey everybody welcome back to the channel for another video today we are going to be discussing vitamins today that I have been taking on my journey um throughout my mandaro journey that I feel like have helped me um stay healthy and not be deficient in any nutrients when I get my blood work done and all of that I’ve not done one of these videos in a while I’ve showed you guys some stuff here and there based on uh like when I did my hair loss video I showed you my Biotin and all of that but I haven’t done like a fullon vitamin video lately and so I thought actually I don’t think I’ve done one at all and so I thought that it would be a good idea uh because there are a lot of you who ask me what types of vitamins I take and all of that now if you are new here hi my name is Britney um I have lost 85 lbs on mandaro branded mararo and then on tritide in the last Almost 2 years and I’m currently working through a maintenance Journey um I have an entire playlist of all of my mandaro stuff from the very beginning like from the first week um and that’s always fun to go back and watch like how different I look at that point but anyway um so yeah if you are interested in any of that type ahead and jump into it now I’m not a doctor as always consult your doctor before you start any new vitamins or minerals or medicine or change anything yada yada all of the normal stuff Britney’s not a doctor Britney’s a girl on mararo so um the first thing that I take and actually a couple of these are new because I actually had to go to Walmart today um because I was out of literally everything like all of it um but anyway the first thing that I take is a just basic One A Day Women’s vitamin this one is my favorite for a couple of reasons one it has folate in it which most women’s vit do if you look at them fate is something that women absolutely need um in their childbearing years especially fate folic acid all of that you need it um in fact for a very long time I took prenatal vitamins even though I’m not pregnant and don’t want to be pregnant um I took prenatal vitamins because they are just the perfect vitamin for like all of the things um if you want like Hair Skin nail stuff like seriously pren ibonds are awesome I would still be taking them if they weren’t so big um they like choke me up so my favorite thing about these one a day is the size of them see they are probably about half the size of the Nature’s Own or Nature’s Bounty whatever that brand is their prenatal vitamin it’s about half the size so that is why I switched once I was finished with that bottle I switched to a smaller um easier to swallow pill that still had all of the main things you know biotin vitamin B12 calcium iron all of the normal things that we look for in a multivitamin and a multivitamin like I said is just a really good way to knock out a lot in one pill um and then you can just supplement with other stuff that you’re needing to Target specific areas so first thing I take is a one a day the next thing I take is biotin this in my opinion is very very important along with collagen um can help with your hair your skin your nails um your skin elasticity like retention loose skin in theory but especially in your face taking collagen and biotank can really help with that um so yeah this one um specifically says that it supports healthy hair skin and nails and this one I like because it has 100 milligrams of keratin added in it which is phenomenal for your hair um keratin is like the best for your hair um in fact they do like keratin deep conditioning treatments and all that in salons so I really like that so this has 10,000 microgr per capsule per day you take one capsule a day and it’s super affordable and again this is a smaller pill um you get 250 of these this is the Sam’s Club one which is where I recommend buying this specifically from um you get $250 and it was like maybe $15 like $10 to $15 for this big thing and it has the Keratin in it now in the one a day the biotin amount is 45 microgram and this is 10,000 microgram so a big difference a nice way to supplement um again I do recommend taking collagen as well I ran out I took the neocell one and I ran out of it and I just keep forgetting to repurchase it I’m I need a collagen so let me know if you have one that you like that doesn’t require you to take 900 pills the neocell collagen again my favorite it works phenomenally but you have to take six of the pills a day and that’s a lot when you’re taking all these other vitamins and I also take an anxiety medicine so another prescription pill it’s a lot to take six so if you have a collagen that you really like that does not require you to take six multiple multiple pills my Max would be like two then let me know down below I would love to hear it because I’m looking for a new collagen the next thing that I take is vitamin B12 so this is a newer thing that I have added into my regimen um mostly because I’ve heard a lot of people say that it helps with side effects which I don’t necessarily have any anym but I do struggle with um some anxiety and I usually will have anxiety it’s gone the whole time I’ve been on manaro I’ve had like the trouble sleeping what have you for like one to two days after my shot and that’s when I notice like a little bit higher levels of anxiety as well it’s always like the first day or two after my shot and it’s been like that the whole time so some people say that vitamin B12 helps with that as well so I introduced it only a couple of weeks ago so I don’t know that I’m getting like the the full effect of it yet um but this is a good supplement because again in the multivitamin there’s only 9.6 micrograms of vitamin B12 and this capsule is a th000 micrograms and it says that it’s for metabolism support it it aids in energy production supports cardiovascular health which we all need immune and nervous system Health which your nervous system is literally tied to everything if your nervous system is out of whack I can do a whole video on that if your nervous system is out of whack then everything’s going to be out of whack including your anxiety so um yeah I highly recommend this one’s really affordable this is the Spring Valley one I get this at Walmart but they sell it on Amazon as well for about the same price of like $4 less than $5 a bottle and you get 60 of them and that’s 2 month supply so like none of these vitamins are super expensive which is another thing that I like like I’m going be real with you guys I get messages quite often of different like vitamin companies and col companies and protein shake companies wanting me to promote their product for you guys and I haven’t because I don’t find them necessary like you can get a lot of the same stuff you can get a collagen pill you can get a biotin pill you don’t need a $50 shake to do that for you you know what I’m saying so yeah I try to keep things as affordable as possible for myself and in things that I’m recommending to you guys um and so yeah hands down nine times times out of 10 you can get a Spring Valley vitamin in the vitamin you’re looking for for way more affordable than like these online companies that are trying to sell you something just my two cents y’all know I keep it real around here and the last thing that I take other than my anxiety medicine is um a stool softener take it from me do not skip on the stool softener I have been on a stool softener I’ve actually been on a stool softener since I started since I got my tummy tuck which was in May before I started in November on monjaro because um it was recommended that I started at that point and I just kind of added it into my regimen and I never stopped it and y’all when I don’t so this is a brand new bottle like literally went to Walmart today and bought this and the oh I bought my daughter her vitamins she takes the um Oli kids Calm Mind ones or whatever for school but anyway um I been out of these for like a week or so and y’all I’m telling you do not let yourself wear run out of colies like Soul softener is your best friend like keep it in your system regularly one to two a day and you should have much less of a problem going to the bathroom um than if you were to not take it because we all know that mandaro can cause constipation especially as you go up in dosages so some of you that are titrating up oh my gosh y’all take a Colace it’ll save your life I promise you do not be like me and run out and not go get it for a week and struggle okay just don’t do it I promise one to two of these a day I think the serving size is one um let’s see what it says actually okay so it says one to two one to two a day so you know whatever you feel like you need but I promise you it’ll help you this with tons of water will solve your constipation issues now I wanted to actually ask you guys for opinions as well so I am looking for any more like vitamins or whatever that you guys have used that you have found that have helped you on your journey I like for you guys to give me tips and tricks as well one thing that I’m considering doing is a fish oil um so let me know if that is something you do honestly I just remember when I worked in healthcare years and years ago lots of like older I would say probably starting at like 35 and old not older but you know 35 and older women and men I would notice would be taking fish oil and now I’m 36 so like do I need to be taking that now it’s been on my mind lately so let me know let me know what your thought process is on vitamins if there are any that you are taking that I did not mention I would love to hear about them um and yeah again and also a collagen supplement if you have one that um you recommend that does not require you taking 8 million of them so that’s my little video for today I wanted to do that again I usually will take these all in the morning with a big glass of water that really helps the St softener to work a lot better if you drink water with it um and everything absorbs better if you are not dehydrated right but this definitely works a lot better if you drink a big glass of water those so today’s Tuesday that I’m filming this Tuesday night is going to be my first walk while Kylie is at swim practice I’m going to walk for the entire hour her practice is an hour and a half but I figure I’m going to try and get an hour practice or an hour walk in um so that I’m doing great with that or I’m going to we’re going to do it today and then um also to get my protein levels in so I actually bought some lunch meat um turkey and cheese this week and I’ve been doing little rollups for lunch to get me a good burst of protein you know we got to get a win where we can get one so let
