clinically shown to boost energy boost immunity boost brain function and long-term health this video isn’t about hype this video is about simple steps supported by actual science so let’s start with some core wellness habits the first thing we want to do is move your body daily physical activity has profound effects on your brain and body just 30 minutes of brisk walking increases brain derived neurotrphic factor BDNF a compound that enhances memory and mood while reducing neurodeeneration that’s why I like to recommend 20 to 30 minutes of walking mobility work or resistance training at least three at least five days per week preferably seven if you have the time we also know that we want to eat whole foods everyone knows a nutrient-dense diet fuels every system in our body from our mitochondria to our hormones so focus on colorful vegetables high quality protein and healthy fats such as olive oil as well as omega-3s which you can find in fish and marine products number three is going to be prioritize sleep sleep isn’t just rest it’s where your body heals regulates hormones and clears brain waste through the lymphatic system poor sleep is linked to higher inflammation insulin resistance and even depression so what I recommend is to aim for 7 to N hours and you’ll find your sweet spot in there step four is to hydrate uh plus d-stress hydration supports metabolism detoxification and even joint health add in a stress management strategies like breath work mindfulness or morning sunlight exposure or more even some yoga and that will definitely lower those stress levels and make you feel much better but even with perfect habits modern life creates nutrient gaps that’s why I like to recommend these four sciencebacked supplements to support your foundational
