Remember, supplements are exactly that:
Supplemental.
They’re meant to help streamline your diet and provide a small boost to your results overall.
But if your training, nutrition, and recovery aren’t already on point, they won’t do a damn thing.
On top of that, most supplements are garbage anyway.
It’s a $200 billion dollar industry, and probably $199 billion of that is overhyped, underdosed, straight up B.S.
Social media is a complete cesspool when it comes to this.
Countless influencers who don’t have the first clue what they’re talking about, promoting whatever gets them a commission no matter how useless it is.
I’m not anti-supplement.
I literally own a supplement company (@realscienceathletics).
And I’ve been using and recommending a select few worthwhile supplements for years (all included in the RSA line) long before I ever earned a cent from them.
I’m just anti-the-majority-of-supplements, and anti-pretending that a scoop of powder is going to transform your physique when you don’t even have the fundamentals down first.
