I’m no doctor. This is just what I’ve found works for me. Consult a doctor before trying any of these if you plan to.

All right, I got a comment in the stretching video asking about the supplements I take and I’m refilling them right now. So, I figured I’d dive into that. Every day starts first with a glass of this though supplementation camos and a green juice. That’s how we start. And then we have fish oil. Because of the amount of fish I eat, I don’t take the recommended amount. It says to take three a day. I just take one cuz I eat a good amount of fish every day. Oh yeah, I guess I should mention fish oil is good for your heart as it says right there. Already. So, we drop one of these in the container for each day. All right. Maybe on days when you don’t eat so much fish, you take an extra one if you need cuz it says three a day, one with each meal. These on the other hand, this right here, glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM is good joint support. It uh says right here, supports healthy joints, supports comfortable movement. We need that as athletes. And so, we take three of these a day is what the recommended amount says. We drop these right here. All right. Load up our joint support. Uhoh. All right. Make sure we got three of each in there. I mean, three of those in each one. 1 2 3 1 2 3 1 2 3 1 2 3. Perfect. Fish off of the heart. Glucosamine condrite and MSM for the joint. And then this is going to come handinhand with that which is going to be your basically your turmeric and uh yeah it says turmeric root your uh cartilage total collagen. It’s got willow bark, ginger root, cayenne pepper to activate the turmeric. So we got that for the extra joint help. But these it only says to take one a day. So we’re going to just load these up like so. [Music] one. Why would you look at that? Afford the perfect amount. All right. And then we’ve got our B vitamin to just help with everything. Support cellular energy, metabolism, and nervous system health. Made with all A vitamins. So, there you go. There’s your B vitamin for the day. Uh-oh, we’re starting to run a little low. Let’s make sure we got enough to fill this puppy. So there you have your B vitamin. Oh, left one over here. Hang on. All right. And then here’s your maca, which is a healthy libido and endurance. Help you last long and skateboard. All right. And so yeah, that’s pretty much how we start our day right there. Also got these beet shoes cuz they help support healthy blood pressure. Says right here, doctor and pharmacist cardiologist recommended number one beat brand for heart health support cuz you got to have a healthy heart. That’s what pumps everything through the body. All righty. That’s how we start our day. Sometimes on hard rough days when we really need it, we’ll end off with a magnesium for the soreness of the muscles, zinc, and tart cherry for inflammation to help for the recovery. But again, those are on heavy days. And also, I don’t take all this stuff every single day. Um, I would like to think that my body is still contributing to some of it or if not most of it and just needs a little help right now. So, I kind of take these like every other day, but then again, on the days when I’m taking it every day and I’m really on it, I guess my body does feel a lot better. So, it’s all kind of subjective as to how you want to feel. If you got more athletic days upon you, probably take it every day. If you’ve got more rest days and days where you’re not going to be so active, probably don’t want to ruin your insides with having to digest all this all the time. So, try to be mindful of that. So, like I said, I take these every morning when like call it on season, call street leagues every other month or whatnot. And then during the winter times and whatnot, I’ll try to like let my body just do its thing and try to recover on its own. And for what it’s worth, if it can’t do it on its own, then I go back to these and I’m like, “Hey, help me.” So, all right. Hope that helps you guys. Uh, yeah, that’s my little routine and what I got going on supplement wise, and it helps me at 29 years old after all the ground and pounding I’ve done to my body. Helps me keep going. So hopefully it helps you guys
