For all you Costco fans out there, I’ve got a treat for you. Now, they’ve recently replaced the Optimum Nutrition creatine monohydrate with this one from Orane. Now, obviously, you’re probably familiar with Orane because they’re all over Costco with their protein RTDs and their protein powders, and typically everything is plantbased, but they’ve just released this creatine monohydrate in this nice big tub. And I’m going to give you a review of this creatine and how it compares to others on the market. As always, I’m going to go through the ingredients. I’m going to go through the dosages. I’m going to go through the price and tell you if it is worth it for you to buy this from Costco. Now, there’s not too much to say here about ingredients. It is just plain crazy monohydrate, 5 g per serving. Now, if you know a little thing or two about creatine, you know it’s typically sourced from two different places. It’s typically from Germany or from China. And the German creatine is called Korea Pure. It is its own trademark name. And it has that because it is the gold standard of creatine. It is tested to be 99.9% pure. Whereas the Chinese side, yes, it can be still pure creatine, but there are the risks of contamination and other things. Now, this is not sourced from Creature. Doesn’t mean it’s a bad supplement, but it’s just something to be aware of in your search for creatine supplements. And if you’re looking to buy this or something that is a pure form of creatine, for example, you could look at Lift Big Eat Big. Our creatine is sourced from Career Pure and it is one of the cheaper career pures out there. 66 to 80 cents per serving is even cheaper with a discount code in the description and it has free shipping. If you want to see what it looks like inside this, I’m going to give you a little look. Now, essentially comes with a scooper, which is important because when you usually buy bulk creatine supplements, like from bulk supplements, it doesn’t come with a scooper, whereas this does. So, you can see here, there is your white creatine powder. Easy and simple. Now, in terms of price, this is actually one of the cheapest creatine supplements you will find on the market because typically when you’re buying in bulk, for example, on bulk supplements where you can buy bulk bags of 1 to 5 kilos, you’re looking at around 30 odd cents per serving. This particular supplement is $20 and it comes to 15 cents per serving. You have 135 servings. That’s 135 days. And if you get it on special like I did for $15, it ends up being 11 cents per serving. So 11 to 15 cents per serving. If you’re on a budget, this is a great deal for creatine. Now just be aware, not sourced from Creapure and it does not have an informed sport tick. So if you are a drug tested athlete, you may want to find something that has your informed choice tick so you know it’s tested for band substance. But other than that, you just have pure creatine as it says. No dairy, no soy, gluten-free, no artificial flavors or colors. Perfect to have in your cupboard. Perfect if you’re on a budget. If you’re a college student, this will take you very far. And you should actually watch this video next because it actually goes through my top five creatine brands so you can pick the best creatine to go with your training goals.
