Che [Music] is I just wanted to show you how I make my bowel bub drink I have it every day also love that it’s very high in vitamin C like the vitamin C in the bowel bub is said to be 10 times that of oranges um it also has um B vitamins it’s got calcium it’s got iron it’s also highend fiber I just want to show you how I make it so we’ve got Big B B from Zim spray all natural as you can see it’s um raw unprocessed so this one actually has um the seeds inside and we don’t throw away the seeds I’ll show you guys how you can make your own bbob oil with the seeds I use on my skin and you can use the oil on your hair as well I also make um Bob coffee with the seeds so we’re not going to throw that away so today we’re just going to do the Bop drink and I’ll show show you how I do it it’s quite easy to do all you need is just the um raw bow bab um so I just put it in here and I add some H hot water and then I let it sit for like 20 minutes for it to dissolve and then I’ll show you guys how I do it traditionally bbob drink is made from milk sugar and bow Bob powder it’s very popular in Africa especially in Sagal and The Gambia it’s also known as buoy so I’ve just got my B Bub I’m just putting it in here um I think that’s a bit much it’s going to be very strong but it’s fine I can make um a drink that will last um a few days cuz you can put it in the fridge or you can have it hot or cold um so I’ve got that much and then I am just going to pour some hot water in it um just to dissolve it um and then we can take it from there so got some water that just boiled um just soak it in hot [Music] water so I am just going to leave this in here for like 20 minutes and then um I’ll come back to it in a few minutes I always like to cover it when I soak it because I feel like the um the Steam and the moisture actually helps it to actually dissolve quicker in addition to applying many important nutrients um adding bbub drink to your diet can also um help with weight loss it can help to balance blood sugar levels um it reduces inflammation and also helps to optimize your digestive health research shows that 2 to three teaspoons of bow powder a day can provide you with more than 30% of your daily vitamin C requirement and vitamin C helps to support your immune system this this has been soaking for just over 20 minutes so we’re now going to extract the bowel bub from the seeds and make this drink so what I need is my whisk so I’m going to whisk this and then separated um I’ll see it after that just trying to separate the B bum from the seeds uh sometimes you might need need to actually soak it a bit longer but as you can see it’s separating nicely uh so all you need to do is just do this and then whisk as well um just to separate it I find the Whisk actually does a really good job so I’m just going to see this now [Music] um [Music] so that’s how it looks and um I have got my seeds here we are not going to throw these away I will show you guys how to make your own Bob oil which you can use on your skin and also we are going to make some bbob coffee with it so I’ll show you guys how to make that as well most people actually add some milk to it or you can have it as it is I would have um hemp milk or coconut milk um or any plant-based milk because um I’m plant-based but I do have a secret ingredient that I add to it well actually I’ve got two you could either add some condensed milk um just to sweeten it and also it brings out the flavor I’ve got my coconut condensed milk because I’m vegan so um I would add coconut condensed milk and you can have this hot or cold so you can have it as it is or you can have it hot and I like to have it hot but if it’s if you’re in a hot country cuz I know a lot of you watch me from Zimbabwe and South Africa so you can also have it cold uh put it in the fridge and put some ice on it um it’s oh delicious so add some condensed milk or one of my favorite things because um I don’t have a lot of sugar I like to have natural sugar so I actually have um dates I add dates to it so I’ve got these dates which are from Namibia and they are actually Fresh So what I do is um let me just show you I just open them like this um remove the stone and then I put them in the blender got this blender it’s amazing so good it can actually Crush ey so I just put a couple of these dates inside um just to help sweeten my drink um I will just put three three maybe [Music] four make it really [Music] sweet they’re so sweet these dayses and they’re fresh ones otherwise you could soak them first and then um blend them after so I’ve got them in the blender just going to pour some water and then I’m just going to blend this and then I’ll add it into my Bop drink just to make it sweeter so good my favorite blender it actually doubles up as also a water bottle so you can actually use a different lid and then you can just use it as water which is really [Applause] good the best blender as far as I’m concerned you
