Do you take vitamins? If not, I’m going to try to sell you on why you should give it a try. I started taking vitamins regularly about a year and a half ago and I did a little test. I took them for about a month and then I stopped taking the vitamin cuz I just wanted to see if it made any difference, if I felt any different and it did. So, here’s my pitch to you to try and take some vitamins and see how you feel. Maybe you feel a little bit better. Here are some of my must-have vitamins that I felt a noticeable difference when I took them versus when I didn’t take them. This is my number one. This is the super B complex. So, this has all the bees in it. It has B1, B2, B6, B12, all the B’s. I do notice with this that I am not as slow to start in the mornings and in the afternoons. You know, I think typically when people would get their, you know, caffeine crash. Um, I don’t get that cuz I don’t drink caffeine. But this does help me stay a bit more energized. It is certainly not like a cup of coffee, but I can’t do without this one. This is a musthave. I noticeably am not as sore for as long after a workout. I’m definitely still sore, but this helps kind of cut it down a bit. The other one that I really love is my mushroom supplement. So, this is lion’s mane, turkey tail, and quite a few other mushrooms in there. Um, what I really like about this particular one is that it has the actual fruing bodies. It is not an extract. Um, so if you don’t know much about mushrooms, I definitely suggest looking into um getting a mushroom supplement. Let’s do it. Let’s refill these little bottles.
